The purpose of this article was to analyze the educational administration at the level of basic
education in the 21st century by using the System Theory. The solution found that the educational
management is the concrete form to focus on every step of the management system, including the
importance of inputs, processes, outputs, and impacts. Therefore, the systematic management of
education regulations according to system theory everything that happens on the education is truly a tool
for developing people and society and has a clear direction. The purpose of this article was to analyze the educational administration at the level of basic
