This research aimsed: 1) to develop local Curriculum "Malai mai Phai", with a process
from wisdom teachers, 2) to develop youth groups to have knowledge and skills to make "Malai mai Phai" products, and 3) to study satisfaction with the learning management process according to the local curriculum developed. Research have divided on to 3 phases 1. Developed local Curriculum, phases 2. Leaning to the Curriculum, and Phases 3. Showcase the product. The target group was 30 youths in Kutwa Sub-District, Kuchinarai district, Kalasin Province. Which was purposive sampling by mix age of voluntary. The tools include Local Curriculum and product manuals "Malai mai Phai", semi-structured interview, activity record from, and the satisfaction questionnaire on the learning process. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
The research results showed that:
1) Get local curriculum and manual "Malai mai Phai" product with the learning process from the wisdom teacher, appropriate quality wisdom overall was at a high level ( =4.38, S.D.= 0.61).
2) the youth who attend the course had the knowledge and skills to make "Malai mai Phai" products through defined criteria. After learning to the course, products can be made increased of the personal income by 341.67 baht per person, which 100 percentage compared before the "Malai mai Phai" product youth groups did not have extra income. Age is not a barrier to learning. "Malai mai Phai" products because of recent courses, there was the age of 10 and 14 years to be able to make "Malai mai Phai" products, however learning each age is different, Aged from 10-15 years old be unintentionally listening while the wisdom teacher lectures and describes the product process procedure. "Malai mai Phai" products prefer the wisdom teacher to teach individually and will follow every step of the tutorial. Aged from 15-20 years old rarely listen while wisdom teachers, and explain the process of "Malai mai Phai" product but the time to join the group will be able to make "Malai mai Phai" propucts, someone will ask the method and procedure from friends and practice them accordingly.
