The purposes of this research were: 1 ) to study the issue Improving the quality of basic schools in the Chaiyapbum province, 2) to study factors management towards effectiveness of basic schools in the Chaiyahum province 3) to study guidelines for the management of basic schools quality. In Chaiyaphum Province. The sample size school administrators by a stratified random sampling designate be the Province as a top layer in each sample be comparing the Proportion of sampling instruments were questionnaires to determine the quality of the content with IOC between 0.60 - 1.00 statistics used for data analysis were percentage value. average , standard deviation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) multiple regression analysis (MRA) with the program.
The results were as follows:
