The purposes of this action research by Kemmis ane Mc. Taggart R. (1988) were to study the development of education program for vascular complication prevention among elders with Coronary angiography and caregiver at cardiac catheterization lab of Queen Sirikit Heart Center of the Northeast. A total sample of 32 patients and 32 caregivers obtaining purposive sampling technique data were collected by worksheets from hand out document such as 1) questionnaire 2) The handout for knowledge 3) Technique of observation signs and symptoms 4) Follow up caregivers with reviewed education and practice. Data analysis was done by quantitative statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and paired t-test at p-value 0.05 The result after program intervention: the sample of 32 Elders and 32 caregivers who were sample understood and well practice for taking care of patients and the development result use paired t-test. The caregiver post-test mean scores were higher than pre-test with statistical significant at the level of .001*
