The objective of this research is to study the treasury stock plans of Thai listed companies during the COVID-19 epidemic situation. The collected data was a self-checklist from the population of 787 companies. The results of the study showed that there were 25 listed companies' treasury stock, and only four of them had successful treasury stock plans. There were 11 companies that did not repurchase their shares as planned, the other 8 did not repurchase their shares and 2 companies canceled the treasury stock plans. Information obtained from this research explains the financial management of the companies under crisis situations very well.
