Objective: To study content creation for online retail business. Case study YouTube is a survey research study. specific sampling The sample group used in this study was an online retail business entrepreneur in the case of YouTube in Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District. Nakhon Ratchasima Province The tool was an online questionnaire of 400 sets. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. and pairs were compared using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test method, a simple Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of the research found that online retail business operators in the case of YouTube in Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima district Nakhon Ratchasima Province mostly female 55.67 percent were aged below or equal to 25 years, 46.00 percent had a bachelor's degree or higher accounted for 37.67% of occupations as students/students accounted for 32.00 percent with monthly income less than or equal to 30,000 baht or more, representing 67.67% having single status accounted for 63.67%. The perception factor was the perception of quality. Value perception and the perception of communication YouTube has a statistically significant correlation at the .01 level, with a high correlation. in the same direction.
