The main purposes of this research were (1) to development on cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars effectively 80/80. (2) to study of the Effectiveness Index on cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars. (3) to compare the achievement before, after, and after the cooperative learning activities. STAD Techniques course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars. (4) to evaluation the Quality management plan course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation activities, collaborative learning STAD techniques of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars and (5) to study the satisfaction of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars toward cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation. Target group is a graduate students graduate certificate Program College of Asian Scholars enrollment in course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation in second semester, academic Year 2017, number of 29. Data were collected by questionnaires and assessment tests. The reliability was .92 and .90. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. A result of this study was found in the following aspects. 1) The effectiveness of cooperative learning activities course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars. The efficiency of E1 / E2 is 82.44 / 91.32, which is higher than the 80/80 criterion. 2) The effectiveness index of STAD cooperative learning activities course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars the index effectiveness in learning (E.I.) was 0.8763, indicating that the overall increase students' knowledge of 0.8763, or 87.63 percent. 3) The comparison results of academic achievement of graduate students graduate diploma program in teaching profession before, after, and after the cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation have a higher score from the t-test, it was found that the pre-test scores were ( =22.87) and the post-test scores were ( =48.60). There were statistically significant differences at the .01 level. 4) The quality management plan course 810 106 learning measurement and evaluation on cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession College of Asian Scholars graduates overall quality at a good level ( =4.23). 5) The satisfaction of students in the graduate diploma program in teaching profession on cooperative learning activities STAD Techniques course 810 106 measurement and evaluation of learning College of Asian Scholars found that the overall average was at a high level ( =4.43).
