The objectives of this research were to : 1) Study Evaluation of Students' Opinions toward the Teaching Process at Asian College of Education. 2) Compare Study Evaluation of Students' Opinions toward the Teaching Process at College of Asian Scholars. Classified by sex Experience and working conditions. In overall and each of five aspects; namely, curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, factors supporting teaching, assessment, and Instructor characteristics and to compare overall and each of five aspects among graduate students classified by sex and work status. The sample of the study consisted of 180 graduate students the College of Asian Scholars. in academic year 2018. The research results were as follows : 1. The evaluation of Students' Opinions toward the Teaching Process at Asian College of Education of Graduate Studies Program in overall aspect was at a high level. Ordering each aspect from the highest mean score were instructor characteristics, curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, assessment, and factors supporting teaching, respectively. 2. The comparison of Students' Opinions towards the Teaching Process at Asian College of Education in overall and each of five aspects among graduate students classified by sex Experience and work status, it was found that ; 1) The satisfaction towards instructional management between male and female graduate students in overall aspects was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction towards curriculum, teaching methods and teaching activities, and assessment was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. However, no significant difference was found in supporting teaching and instructor characteristics factors; 2) The satisfaction towards instructional management in overall aspects among graduate students with different work status was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. Considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction towards curriculum, and instructor characteristics was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. However, no significant difference was found in teaching methods and teaching activities, factors supporting teaching, and assessment.
