The objectives of this research were: 1) to study current situation and desirable situation of The Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32, 2) to study the need of Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32, and 3) to construct the guidelines for The Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32. The samples using in this study were the School Administrators, the Teachers, and the School Boards, total of 364 persons. The research instrument was the Questionnaire as 5 Level Rating Scale with Reliability Value of total issue = 0.98, and IOC values between 0.85-1.00. Data were analyzed by using the Computer Program.
The research findings were concluded as follows:
1. The current situation of The Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32, in overall, the average value was at “High” level. The aspect with highest level of average value, was the Shared Learning Culture in team level. The second order consisted of the School Organizational Management, the Management in Foundation of Life Activity, the Buddhism Activity Management.
2. The need of PNImodified in The Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32, in overall, it was 0.14 which would obtain the rate of changes in development from the existed situation into the situation it should be, the value was 14%. Considering each aspect, found that the average value of Management in Foundation of Life, was 0.19, indicated that there should be the rate of changes in development from the existed situation into the situation it should be, for 19%. The average values of the Buddhism Activity Management aspect, and the Usage of Media and Learning Source aspect, were 0.18, and 0.16 respectively which indicated that there should be the rate of changes in development from the existed situation into the situation it should be, for 18%, and 16%. For the Shared Learning Culture in team level and the School Climate Management aspects, the average values were 0.11, and 0.14 respectively which were lower than the average value. So, it did not need to be developed.
3. The guidelines for The Enhancement for Learning Organization in Buddhism Schools, under The Office of Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area 32, could be concluded as follows: The Buddhism Schools based on 3 kinds of Studies including: 1. The Morality, 2. The Meditation, and 3. The Wisdom. For the guidelines of Enhancement for Learning Organization consisted of 1. The Shared Learning Culture in team level aspect, 2. The Usage of Media and Learning Source aspect, 3. The School Climate Management aspect, 4. The Management in Foundation of Life aspect, and 5. The Buddhism Activity Management aspect.
