The purposes of this mixed research were to study the composition and to study the results of using the innovation SIAO Model Plus NONGKHAM Platform. Nongkhampittayakom school, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25. The research were divided into 3 phases as follows: Phase 1 : study the current conditions and problems of educational administration for improving the quality of students of the school, study the components of the innovation SIAO Model Plus NONGKHAM Platform and determine the quality of student development based on 6 focus areas; Phase 2 : create and develop innovative formats; Phase 3 : experimentation and study the results of using innovative models, target group used in the experiment included; 1 school director, 13 teachers and educational personnel and 132 students, a total of 146 people academic years 2018.
The study found that : 1. The SIAO Model Plus NONGKHAM Platform model consisted of 12 components as follows 1) S : Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, 2) I : Involvement, 3) A : Achievement,
4) O : Organization, 5) N : Need, 6) O : Objectives, 7) N : Networks, 8) G : Good Practice, 9) K : Knowledge, 10) H : Happiness, 11) A : Attitude/Assessment, and 12) M : Management; 2. The results of using SIAO Model Plus NONGKHAM Platform innovation were able to develop students in accordance with
the 6 focus points of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25. The teachers, educational personnel, and students were satisfied with the model at the highest level.
