The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the administrative skills of school administrators
under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study the academic administrative of school
administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to study the relationship
between administrative skills and academic administrative of school administrators under Saraburi Primary
Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was selected from 310 teachers under Saraburi Primary
Educational Service Area Office 2. The research tool was a rating scale questionnaire with 5 levels and the
reliability of the questionnaire about the administrative of school administrators was 0.96. The statistics that
used to analysis data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, alpha coefficient and Pearson's correlation
coefficient.
The results of the study were as follows:
1. The Administrative skills of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational
Service Area Office 2. Were at a high level in all aspects. By sorting out the highest mean to the lowest
mean were conceptual skills, technical and human skills.
2. Academic administrative of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational
Service Area Office 2. were at a high level in all aspects. By sorting out the highest mean to the lowest
mean which are measurement and evaluation, course and utilization, teaching and learning management,
teaching, and learning media.
3. The relationship between administrative skills and academic administrative of school
administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. In overall image had a high level
of positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of .01 the results showed that the school
administrators have the good management skills. Therefore, it affects to the academic administrative
because of school administrators can effectively manage the academic administrative and cover the
teaching and learning management, teaching and learning media, measurement and evaluation. As a
result, teachers agreed that the relationship between administrative skills and academic administrative of
