The objectives of this qualitative research were: To study the phenomenon of internal supervision activities of Ku Kam Pittayasan School Under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Education Area 4. The study classified into 5 parts, Direct assistance to teacher, Group work development Professional Development, Curriculum development, and classroom action research. Collecting data by using participatory observation, In-depth interview Analyzing data by descriptive analysis and content analysis. Verifying data by using trianguration. The results of the research showed the phenomenon of supervising activities within Ku Kum Pittayasarn School in 5 aspects were as follows: 1. The schools have the policy to encourage teachers to have the technical potential direct assistance to teachers : teaching the development of media equipment, educational technology has been administrative system, and friendly helping. School administrators are supervisory leaders. That affected the development of the learning process. Teachers also need to be trained to develop their skills in the 21st century. 2. Group work skills development: School set the purposive and target there is a strong team building team, all teachers work together, combine responsibility, full potential with teachers, leaders and followers in order to achieve creative goals. 3. Professional Development: The school is committed to develop teachers as professional teachers in the 21st century, teaching techniques and good attitudes towards teachers carrier. Using the method of training, seminars and study tours inside and outside for developing. 4. The curriculum development: School has to make the school curriculum and take courses to use in learning management. Assess course and review to improve the curriculum to be consistent with the situation with the needs of learners and society are truly so schools should improve their curriculum, teaching techniques, and assessments to get along pace with the changing global society. 5. Classroom action research: Teachers conduct ongoing classroom research throughout the semester, by providing training and mentoring on research by teachers, administrators and administrators, Research is promoted along with the process of learning success that depends on the promotion and support. If the administrators and teachers in the school Ku Kum Pittayasan School creatively.
