The Purposes of this research were: to study the effectiveness Evaluation of Against Drugs' Trainers Project. Evaluation Research was studied. Using Kirkpatrick (1998) Effectiveness Evaluation for Research Framework. Population were 37 students of College of Asian Scholars in upper the northeast higher education level network in Academic year 2017. The research instrument used in the research was the Effectiveness Evaluation of Against Drugs' Trainers Project Questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) The highest level of satisfaction of the participants ( ̅= 4.45, S.D. = 0.65) 2) 27 participants test were passed criterion of 70% score (72.97%.) 3) The knowledge gained after the training was at the highest ( ̅= 4.47, S.D. = 0.69) and 4) Benefit of participating in the project to faculty with the highest level of overall ( ̅= 4.44, S.D. = 0.70)
