The purpose of this research was to study the personal development in school administration by computer utilizing, and the satisfaction of computer utilization personal development in school administration of Tekkadaruntham School, Chumphea District, Khon Kaen Province, by using action research, the strategic were operational meeting and supervision. The studied targets were 10 Tekkadaruntham School Board and Teachers of 2017 Academic Year. The research instrument used in gathering information was questionnaire and data analysis with statistical program into percentage, average and standard deviation. The research revealed as follows ; the school board and teachers’ highest level opinions about the personal development in school administration by computer utilizing at Tekkadaruntham School, Chumphea District, Khon Kaen Province was the school can apply the education information to utilize the administration (x ̅ = 4.00) while the other perspectives were at high level by orderly descending. The lowest perspective was the Usage of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point (x ̅ = 2.10). In conclusion, the school board and teachers’ opinion about the personal development in school administration by computer utilizing at Tekkadaruntham School, Chumphea District, Khon Kaen Province was at the high level (x ̅ = 3.20). The highest topic which school board and teachers were satisfied in personal development in school administration by computer utilizing at Tekkadaruntham School, Chumphea District, Khon Kaen Province was Education Information System developing the school efficiency x ̅ = 4.3 while the others were at the much high. The lowest topic was Education Information was crucial and necessary to acknowledge school administration proficiency (x ̅ = 3.70). In summary the school board and teachers were satisfied with the personal development in school administration by computer utilizing at Tekkadaruntham School, Chumphea District, Khon Kaen Province with the Average of High level (x ̅ = 3.97). It showed that the operational meeting strategy can make the 10 co-researchers have more knowledge and understand the computer utilization in supporting school administration and internal supervision can improve them how to use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint correctly.
