The objective of this study were to study potentiality of field nursing 129th edition of Royal College of Nursing Police Hospital which focus about knowledge side, skill side, attribute side and behavior side in order to improve potentiality of field nursing to the most efficiency by using quality methodology. The result show that : 1. For the knowledge side, in the working of field nurse have to know primary aid main method for ability to teach or suggest other people, estimate the symptoms and can be correctly service people . 2. For skill side, nurse have to working under clearly estimated situation ,focus on sanitation in the step which need saving and fastness, have precision ability to estimate symptoms and situation, can use medicine appropriate with symptoms under good quality and correct quantity. 3. For the attribute side of field nursing have to have responsibility in duty, be on time ,have ethics of nurse about patient rights and be the kind person who have good attitude with people helping. 4. For the behavior side, the nurse have to be confidently person for bring knowledge to the local and confident own action is correct and appropriate not wrong in nursing ethic. Always ready to working about body, mentality, equipment and working place .Have good felling to help people, always study and follow up about cause of symptoms by medical trustworthiness internet or website. Discoveries of this research can use to improve potentiality of field nursing in order continue happened the most efficiency.
