The purposes of this study were : 1) to study the morale for Job performance of personnel under center of disaster prevention and mitigation in Northeastern of Thailand, 2) to study the personels opinions towards the Morale for job performance of personnel under center of disaster prevention and mitigation in northeastern of Thailand, by studying the samples of 300 persons. The research tool used questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses of the study have been tested by t- test and F- test (One Way ANOVA). If there were significant difference therefore they would be pursued by multiple comparisons (Least Significant Difference : LSD), and summarized the problems, obstacles and suggestion by analysis and synthesis of data. The study results revealed that personnel opinions towards the morale for job performance of personnel under center of disaster prevention and mitigation in northeastern of Thailand, overall aspect was at a high level. When comparing the opinions of personnel towards the Morale for job performance of under center of disaster prevention and mitigation in northeastern of Thailand classified by status : It was found that the gender, age, educational and position of the respondents affected about the morale for job performance of personnel center of disaster prevention and mitigation in northeastern of Thailand was significantly different at 0.05.
