The purposes of this research were to: 1) survey the academic administration at Vocational
College of Lower Northeastern Region under The Office of Vocational Education Commission, 2) create the model in academic administration at Vocational College of Lower Northeastern Region under The Office of
Vocational Education Commission and 3) approve the model in academic administration at Vocational
College of Lower Northeastern Region under The Office of Vocational Education Commission. The
samples, Krejcie and Morgan table with a stratified random sampling method were obtained, were
administrators and teachers of Vocational College of Lower Northeastern Region under The Office of
Vocational Education Commission. The tool used to collecting the data was a 5-point rating scale
questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The Research revealed that: 1) the academic operation at Vocational College of Lower
Northeastern Region under The Office of Vocational Education Commission was at a moderate level. 2)
The model in academic administration at Vocational College of Lower Northeastern Region under The
Office of Vocational Education Commission had 7 elements. There were instruction, curriculum
administration and application, media innovation and educational technology development, educational
supervision, quality assurance, professional academic testing and credit transferring, project innovation and
academic research. 3) The model approval in 3 dimensions of suitability, possibility, and the advantage in
academic administration at Vocational College of Lower Northeastern Region under The Office of
