Abstract
This research is a survey research. The purposes were to study and compare stress management of the 1st -4th year undergraduate students in Retail Business Management, Faculty of Business Administration, College of Asian Scholars. They were classified by sexes, age, status and GPA. The number of the population was 128 students. Data collected were questionnaires developed by the researchers using Rating Scale. Statistics used in data analysis were t-test and F-test (ANOVA).
According to the research, it was found that the stress management of the overall students and individual students were at a high level. 1) The sequences of 3 managements were targeting and providing feedback, the recreational activities and student involvement respectively. 2) The comparative study of student stress management was classified by sex, age and status. The overall and the individual aspects were not significantly different. The statistical significance was at the 0.05. Except for the average GPA, the difference was statistically significant at the level of 0.05.
Thus the students should give importance to the stress management because they can help the students to solve problems. The ways to reduce the stress were using the experience in daily life, learning to adjust to the body and mind to be normal and the giving chances to the students in expressing their ideas. There should provide activities promoting exercises. These will lead to effective stress management. Abstract
