This research aimed: 1) to study the problems of teaching in schools of the fifth year students of Thai teaching Program Faculty of Education of The Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus, 2) to study the development of the students teaching, Faculty of Education of the Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus, and 3) to offer guidance on the development of students at Faculty of Education of the Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus. The population in this study were 43 student teachers, 43 supervisors of branches and Supervisors generally 10 people, totaling 96 people, the size of sample used the formula of Taro Yamane (Taro Yamane) group, 77 samples were used in the research. The research tool was a questionnais. The statistical methods used to analyze data were percentage, average, standard deviation. And compare the difference of the average by using t-test (Independent Samples). The results showed that: 1) the problems of teaching in schools of Faculty of Education of The Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus in many aspects, the highest aspect was the operational management professional experiences, and the implementation of teaching, respectively, 2) The development of guidelines found that the operation, including the use of the language of instruction, students need to be clear and should be willing and be eager students. self confidence and on time of operational management, professional experiences included supervisor should be prescribed.
