The purposes of this research were: (1). to study of the entrepreneurs operations, (2). to compare opinions on the operations of community enterprise entrepreneurs and (3). to find an approach to development of the community enterprise operations in Udon Thani Province classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation and average monthly income with a community enterprise group certified for product quality in Udon Thani Province. The sample group consisted of 115 samples. Questionnaires were used as research instruments including the operation questionnaire of the operator and interview forms for the development. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and pair testing using the Scheffe method.
The results of the research:
1. The operation of the community enterprise entrepreneurs in Udon Thani Province was at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect which had the highest mean was the success factors for information and learning exchanges, followed by leadership and benefit management, the participation and the direction of the enterprise management and member management, production, marketing and financial factors respectively.
2. The comparison of opinions about community enterprise management in Udon Thani Province was found that community enterprise entrepreneurs classified by gender, age, education level, occupation and average monthly income were different, in overall, had significantly different opinions on operations at .05 level.
3. The guidelines for the development of community enterprise operations, were found that the operational level of community enterprise entrepreneurs in Udon Thani province had least mean values in 3 aspects, namely production, finance and marketing. The guidelines for development were as follows: search for knowledge and marketing skills, product standard development, product design, risk management in cost and various management, marketing support promotion, product design, technology factors and developmental on various skills.
