This research is a participatory action research aimed to 1) Give information about knowledge, attitude, driving behavior, motorcycle risk of motorcycle accidents before and after activities. 2) Study the motorcycle accident situation. 3) Study the factors that contributes to Motorcycle accident. 4) Develop guidelines Prevention of Motorcycle Accident Attorneys in Ban Kho Sub-district, Non Sang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The sample that were included on the risk of motorcycle accident was 288 persons and 60 stakeholders. The research tools includes an interview with the developing guidelines for accident prevention in motorcycle participation in community and the creative process of the workshop AIC. Period of operation is from April 2017 - September 2017. This research is quantitative and qualitative data analysis with descriptive statistics and content analysis. The result of this research were as follows: 1) knowledge, attitude, driving behavior, motorcycle risk of motorcycle accidents after the activity, the average score, knowledge, attitudes and driving behavior of motorcyclists at risk of motorcycle accident. Motorcycle More than before the activity was significant (p-value <0.001). 2) Conditions during 2014 – 2016 there were 108 people injured in road accidents, 8 deaths, 2 mobility disabilities. Which is caused by motorcycles. 3) Accident from motorcyclists can distinguish 6 factors that includes Human factor, Car factor, Road factor, Environmental factors, Legal factors, Social and Cultural factors. 4) The prevention of motor vehicle accidents is a problem solving process in the form of 8 projects include community guidelines to reduce accidents caused by motorcyclists. The development of a participatory motorcycle accident prevention approach. Can reduce risk factors and the number of deaths from motorcycle accidents.
