The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the satisfaction of Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession of College of Asian Scholars and 2) to compare the satisfaction of the graduate users of the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession of College of Asian Scholars. In accordance with the framework for national higher education qualifications According to the standard of learning in 6 areas, divided by gender, age, education level, job position, duration of work and departments 3) To study the opinions and suggestions of graduate users in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession. The target group for the research were graduate users, with the following population: 220 department heads / supervisors / mentors and 146 school administrators. Determine the sample size using the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The sample obtained from the department heads / supervisors / mentors of 140 teachers and 106 school administrators, totaling 246 people. The questionnaire was in the form of Rating Scale. Statistics using percentage, standard deviation and Statistical Analysis of Variance (F-test). If it is found that the F-value is statistically significant, using the method of Scheffe.
The results of the research showed that:
1. The satisfaction of graduate users, the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession College of Asian Studies in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education according to the learning standard. found that the satisfaction of users of graduate programs in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession College of Asian Studies According to the national higher education qualifications standards framework and to the Learning Outcome Standards (TQF) in 6 areas. In all aspects, it was at the high level (x ̅= 4.39). When considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest and highest levels were arranged in order of average values as follows : There were moral and ethical (x ̅=4.61), knowledge (x ̅=4.59), intellectual skills (x ̅= 4.52) In numerical analysis skills, communication and information technology (x ̅= 4.29), Development of interpersonal relations and responsibility (x ̅=4.22) and learning management skills (x ̅=4.13) respectively.
2. Comparative analysis of the status of graduate users and satisfaction of graduate users in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession College of Asian Studies. 2.2 Graduate users of different age have the average satisfaction as follows: 50 years old or more, x ̅=4.55, Age 40-44 years, x ̅=4.47, Age 45-49 years, x ̅=4.36, Age 30-34 years, x ̅=4.35, under 30 years, x ̅=4.32 and age 35-39 years, x ̅=4.31 respectively.
2.3 By graduate users with a master-doctorate degree. With the average satisfaction with Operating x ̅=4.43. Higher than graduate users with a bachelor's degree or lower with average job satisfaction x ̅=4.35.
2.4 Graduate users, job positions Director / Manager / Business owner Average satisfaction with work x ̅=4.50, Division heads / supervisors / mentors were satisfied with their job performance x ̅=4.29.
2.5 Graduate users with working period 16 Years and more are satisfied with the operation of Graduates have x ̅=4.53.
