The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the compliance with the executive role Non-formal and informal education centre administrators Ayutthaya Province, 2) continuous mission in the curriculum, Non-Formal and Informal education centre administrators Ayutthaya Province, and 3) the relationship between role-based performance and continuous mission in the curriculum, Non-Formal and Informal education centre administrators Ayutthaya Province. The sample were 136 informants from teachers under the non-formal and informal education centre Ayutthaya Province. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of both questionnaires was 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. Role-Based Performance, as a whole, were at a high level. When considering each item, in every level with average values in descending order as follows: Create knowledge and understanding about the policy of the Office of Education, which is the same as together with the Administrative Organization organizing learning activities. Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of performance. Media supply, materials necessary for organizing learning activities and providing services.
2. Continuous Mission in Curriculum, as a whole, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, in every level with average values in descending order as follows: Internal quality assurance system, curriculum development, learning process management model, promotion of media development. in measurement and evaluation, and in promotion and support of research studies.
3. Role-based performance and Continuous mission in curriculum of Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre Administrators in Ayutthaya Province were positive relation at a very moderate level has a correlation coefficient (r = 0.399), statistical significance was at the 0.01 level.
This research showed that role-based performance and continuous mission in curriculum has little relation. The results indicated that the compliance with the role of the executive and the continuing mission in the curriculum is likely that if the framework is clearly defined, the management does not need to be strictly supervised.
