This research aims to studied the effectiveness of the 4Rs pre-practice preparation program to promote confidence in the practice. of nursing students in the course of nursing administration practicum. The sample were 94 the 4th year nursing students in Academic Year 2022, College of Asian Scholars. Research methods was use quasi-experimental research, one group pre-posttest design. The tools used in the research were: pre-nurse practice readiness assessment form, nursing Preparation Program which consisted of 4 learning bases, namely 1) Re-start 2) Review 3) Reaction and 4) Return and a confidence assessment form for practice in the course of nursing administration practicum. Data analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test. The results of the research were founded after receiving the 4Rs pre-practice preparation program was higher than before receiving the program was statistically significant (t=-12.197, p<0.05), and had higher confidence than before receiving the program was statistically significant (t=-9.381, p<0.05).
