This study aims to 1) compared the ability to use critical thinking processes to solve nursing problems of experimental groups before and after using the 7-7 Instructional Model for enhancing Critical Thinking and Problem Solving (CTPS) to Nursing Practice in Clinic for Student Nurses 2) compared ability to apply CTPS between experimental and control groups after using the 7-7 Instructional Model and 3) studied the attitude of nurse students in 7-7 Instructional Model. The sampling included Nursing Students, the 3rd year, College of Asian Scholars. Study year 2023 has been based on cluster randomization, 16 people, divided into groups, 8 people conducting in quasi-experimental research, two groups. There were controlled and experimental groups. The experimental group was tested the ability to use CTPS pre- post using the 7-7 Instructional Model, and compared the ability to CTPS after using the 7-7 Instructional Model between the experimental group and the control group. The research tools were used include: Assessment of ability to use CTPS, and questions about attitudes towards using the 7-7 Instructional Model. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired t test, independent t test and content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) the experimental group had a high level of ability to use CTPS after received the use of the 7-7 Instructional Model, and higher than before using the model (t=9.320, Sig.=.000). 2) The experimental group had a level of ability to use CTPS higher than the control group (t=9.320, Sig.=.000) and 3) students had a good attitude towards the 7-7 Instructional Model, reflecting that it promotes a systematic attachment process and be able to plan nursing care that is most appropriate for the sample case.
