The objectives of this research are 1) to study the current condition. Desired condition and the essential needs of leadership in the digital age of small school administrators Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) To study guidelines for developing leadership in the digital age of administrators of small schools under the jurisdiction. Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consists of 2 phases: Phase 1: Study the current condition desired condition and the essential needs of leadership in the digital age of small school administrators Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. The sample groups used for data collection included school administrators and teachers. who perform duties in a small school Under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the sample was determined by comparing the Krejcie and Morgan tables and randomly stratified. (Stratified Random Sampling) Stratified according to the number of schools, 123 schools, resulting in a total sample of 280 people, divided into 75 administrators and 205 teachers on duty, totaling 280 people. Then simple random sampling was done by drawing lots (Simple Random Sampling) The tools used in this study include a questionnaire, rating scale (Rating Scale), 5 levels. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the index of essential needs. Phase 2: Study guidelines for developing leadership in the digital age of small school administrators. Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, by a group of people providing information, including 9 experts evaluating guidelines. The tools used to collect data are statistics, including averages and standard deviations. The results of the study found that: Current condition overall and each aspect the average is at a high level. has a total average of (x ̅ = 3.91, S.D. = 0.45) Desired condition Overall and each item The average is at the highest level. has a total mean of (x ̅ = 4.79, S.D. = 0.41) Necessary needs of leadership development guidelines for administrators in the digital era in small schools Under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, overall, it has a PNIModified Needs Index = 0.2249 and when considering each aspect Sorted from highest to lowest, it was found that the development of expertise towards professionalism Has the highest need index value (PNIModified = 0.2448) Secondly, exposure to new knowledge creates an intellectual society. Has a need index value (PNIModified = 0.2398) in terms of promoting the use of information technology. Has a need index value (PNIModified = 0.2211) in terms of innovation or new services. Has a need index value (PNIModified = 0.2188) and creates and modifies a vision for a digital society. Has a need index value (PNIModified = 0.2000) Guidelines for developing the leadership of administrators in the digital age in small schools Under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, it consists of 5 areas and 15 guidelines, including: 1) Creating and changing the vision for a digital society in 3 ways. 2) Promoting the use of information technology in 3 ways. 3) Developing expertise to become professional in 3 ways 4 Opening up to new knowledge to create a society of 3 ways of wisdom 5. Inventing innovations or new services in 3 approaches, based on the results of evaluating the appropriateness and feasibility of developing leadership of administrators in the digital age in small schools. Under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, a total of 15 guidelines were appropriate and at the highest level of feasibility, with an average of (x ̅ = 4.79).
