The research “Improvement and develop The Retail shop : A case study of Ton Aoi Minimart” Khon Kean Province. This education is action research. The objective is to improve and develop The Retail Shop to survive. In a highly competitive environment and in the current economic climate. Tools used to collect information such as questionnaires for 3 entrepreneurs and 30 customers, business operator is vicinity located of Ton Aoi Minimart within 200 meters.
The results are as follows ; . Improvement and develop Ton Aoi Minimart Khon Kean Province.
1. The improvement of a store by the method of ordering goods from the manual 8 steps to success. By adjusting the container to fit the goods. With a change in the layout, the goods are sorted along
the production lines. Make it easier to pick up customers and it reduces the time spent buying a customer's product by an average of one minute.
2. The development of a store by devising a strategy to create a trade advantage for Ton Aoi Minimart store get a guarantee of goods, the provision of credit to regular customers, a discount on cash when buying goods in full at a specified number of stores, expansion of sales and service channels, And the organization of sales promotion to stimulate the same customers who used to buy goods with the store and new customers to buy goods with the store. Making the circulation rate of internal merchandise higher can reduce the rate of waste in the warehouse.
