The research objectives were 1) to study the current conditions and problems of supervision within educational institutions of administrators and teachers under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 28. 2) to compare the current situation and problems of supervision within the educational institutions of administrators and teachers under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 28, classified by position, work experience. And size of the school under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 28. The sample groups used in this study were school administrators and teachers under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 28, totaling 116 people. Sampling was selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire of 50 items with a conformity Index in the range of 0.67 - 1.00, confidence value equivalent to .98. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard deviation, t- test and F – test, variance analysis and Scheffe´ method.
The research findings were as follows :
1. The current situation, supervision within educational institutions overall and each aspect at the level moderate. The problems of supervision within educational institutions overall and each aspect at a low level.
2. The results of comparisons of opinions on current conditions, problems internal supervision, based on opinions of administrators and teachers. Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 28, with work experience positions and the size of the schools operating differently, found that :
2.1 Opinions on current conditions, supervision within the school overall and each side was statistically different at the .05. And when comparing each pair found that in the overall picture and in all aspects the difference was statistically significant at the .05.
2.2 Opinions on supervision problems within schools with positions different work experiences overall and each side was statistically different at the .05. And when comparing each pair found that in the overall picture and in all aspects the difference was statistically significant at the .05. The opinions about the internal supervision problems between the school administrators and the teachers working in the schools of different sizes were discussed have opinions on supervisions problems in schools overall and each aspect was no different.
3. Guidelines for internal supervision,
The Planning Supervision. Involve those involved in supervision to participate in planning supervision in schools and establish internal supervision plansIn accordance with current conditions, problems and needs of the school.
The Informing Pre - Supervision Aspect. There is training to provide knowledge of internal supervision techniques for both the receiver and the supervisor.
The Operating Supervision. Adjust the supervision schedule according to the appropriate time and situation. Management should regularly monitor project implementation.
The Reinforcing to the Supervision Staff. Provide support in materials, equipment and resources that promote and facilitate supervisory operations.
The Supervision Assessment. Provide opportunities for teachers to participate in assessing their own performance, changing roles as supervisors. Feedback is given to supervisors to further improve the flaws and improve themselves.
