The objectives of the research is to study the need to study for a bachelor of architecture degree Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, to study the factors affecting the decision to study for the bachelor of architecture degree, to compare the study requirements for a bachelor of Architecture degree classified by personal data, and compare the factors affecting the decision to study for the bachelor of Architecture degree classified by personal data. The samples used in this research were 169 students studying at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, and accidental sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using a computer program. The statistics utilizing in the research were standard deviations, frequency distributions, percentage, t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s multiple comparison method. The results showed that the overall demand for bachelor of Architecture degree was at the highest level. As for the factors affecting the decision to study for a bachelor’s degree as a whole were at a high level. Students with different personal data in term of gender had not different desire to pursue a bachelor of Architecture degree and students with different personal data in term of gender had not different factors affecting their decision to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
