The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the effect of implementation by various steps of determined Participatory Action Research, and 2) to study the effect of changes based on expected situation, learning occurred in person, group as well as school, and new knowledge occurred by -Participatory Action Research. Research participants consisted of 46 stakeholders connected with Somsanukpittayakom school. Research instruments were the observation form, in-depth interview, and examining or record form. The qualitative data were analyzed by categorizing the data according to the research objectives and presenting them in a descriptive way and analyzing quantitative data used basic statistics, namely percentages and mean values, to provide information for comparison with goals or to show changes that occurred.
The research findings: It was found that at present, Somsasukpittayakom school operates as a Buddhist school but there is a need for continuity of operations in order to maintain the standard of being a Buddhist school and want to develop work to create new knowledge. Therefore, the co-researchers jointly operated a total of 2 cycles of 10 steps for 12 months. By jointly analyzing the conditions of the work that needs to be developed until obtaining 5 projects to be used in the development of work, namely (1) Physical identity promotion project for Buddhist schools (2) A project to promote the identity of Buddhist schools in organizing daily activities (3) Buddhist school identity promotion project in teaching and learning (4) Buddhist school identity promotion project on teacher behavior school administrators and students and (5) Buddhist identity promotion project for Buddhist way promotion. The results of the implementation of the above projects resulted in the implementation of the Buddhist school of Somsanukpittayakom school to achieve the set goals.
