This research aims to study management system , problem and offer the suggestion of Nong Hi Community forest development. The key informants consist 16 people, 2 Forestry Department officers, 3 Suea Thao sub-district Administration officers, 3 community leaders, 3 community forest management committee and 5 people in Suea Thao sub-district. The tools used in this research are in-depth interview, participated observation ,government documentary review and community record. The research found that the management System of Nong Hi community forest they are forest management committee. They have strict rule to control everyone, have penalty and rigorous monitoring to the committee’s role and people to follow the rules with community participation. They give an opportunity to everyone in this community to be the committee to plan, proceed, determine and evaluate of community forest management. The Government supportive be as defensive posture and they join activities together between government and community in some special days. The problem of Nong Hi community forest management are budget and knowledge supportive from government and private institution to enhance management as effectively . Suggestion that the government department should approach to the community forest to find problem and learn about how the committee proceed for designing long term roadmap to improve the management together with community participation.
