The research purposes were to: 1) develop positive characteristics of Thai youth incubators model for improving social quality based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy, and 2) study the effects of using positive characteristics of Thai youth incubators model for improving social quality based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy on positive characteristics of Thai youth and improving social quality based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy in characteristics of household. The samples were grade 10-12 students. The research instruments were incubators model for improving social quality based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy, assessment form for positive characteristics of Thai youth, and assessment form for characteristics of household based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The research results revealed that; 1) Positive characteristics of Thai youth incubators model for improving social quality based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy comprised of (1) making inspiration composed of making awareness for youth and encourage thinking field experiment for learning about the important of natural resources that related with the way of life of people in the community and manipulation in the real site by cooperation, visiting learning resources in the community that using the philosophy of sufficiency economy to correspond career and the way of life for people in the community, (2) giving knowledge such as knowledge about the philosophy of sufficiency economy principles of doing project, planning the activities with community and implementing in the community, (3) manipulation such as doing monitoring and supporting from families or community, and (4) evaluation such as arranging 2 learning exchange platform in order to monitor and assess for worthiness and 2) The implementation of positive characteristics of Thai youth incubators model founded that; (1) the students’ posttest mean scores of positive characteristics of Thai youth form parents and teachers assessment were higher the pre-test and (2) the mean scores on the characteristics of household founded that after using was higher than before using.
