The objectives of this independent study were to study the feasibility to open robotics school
at primary level children in Chumphae District Khon Kaen Province. The feasibility study in 4 aspects:
marketing, technique, management and finance. The study collected data from questionnaires 400
samples of the sample group of parents of students. In aspect of marketing showed that there was
feasible to investment. In aspect of management have an operational plan, appropriate organizational
structure and recruitment with regular training. In aspect of technique was feasible as from location, layout
of building, service process and sufficient instructional media. And in aspect of finance found that the
school has the investment of approximately 2,641,123 baht, the school would have the payback period of
10 months and 5 days, NPV of 11,298,730 baht and IRR of 127%. This showed that the project is feasible
