The purposes of this study were 1) to study the current problems and the needs of the learning organization of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province, 2) to construct the development learning organization model of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province, and 3) to study the effects of using the model of the development learning organization of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and informal Education center. Phu Wiang District, Khonkean Province. The sample group of this research total 49 people consisted of 40 teachers and 9 education boards from Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province in 2021 academic year. The research process used mix method which were Research and Development: R&D, Action Research and Qualitative Research to develop the learning organization of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province.
The research results showed that:
1. The current problems and the needs of the learning organization of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province in high level and the needs were highest level.
2. The development of learning organization model of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province consisted of 4 components were principles, objectives, components of model, and development process using action research which expert’s opinion considered that suitability as well as consistence in high level.
3. The effects of using the development learning organization model of Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province by action research showed that Phu Wiang District Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre, Phu Wiang District, Khon Kaen Province had the whole practices about the learning organization in the highest level.
