This research aimed :1) to design and development the management information system for research management of College of Asian Scholars, 2) to find the efficiency and to study satisfaction for developing information system, and designed a system with Web Application form and used the system development principles SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) to design and develop the system. The research tools were: 1) Manual of the management information system for this area that used, 2) the questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of using management information system evaluated by team of system specialists and 3) a questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction of information system applications by the professors and staff. The research results: The efficiency evaluation results in the development of the shops management information system showed at a good level, the average were x ̅ =3.85 and S.D. = 0.58, and the satisfaction of using the system was at a good level x ̅ = 3.80 and S.D. = 0.50.
