Due to the epidemic situation of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), teaching must be adjusted to an online system. which has to improve teaching efficiency to be close to normal teaching The nature of studying law must learn from the understanding of the law interpretation of the law, thinking, analyzing, as well as the spirit of the law to apply the law fairly and fairly Knowing how to adapt facts to law in addition to teaching by lecturing, question-and-answer methods analyze problems from case studies. Therefore, it is very necessary for law students. Studying online (on line) has problems and limitations in learning. The author conducted an on-line learning assessment by using a questionnaire. It is a tool to study such problems and limitations. In addition, they have searched for information from the Internet, articles, textbooks and various researches. To summarize the problems and limitations in teaching law online, enough to come to the following conclusions: 1. Lack of concentration in learning due to lack of teacher stimulation 2. Communication of understanding with instructors during class 3. Lack of understanding of practical courses/instructor assignments 4. Lack of interaction between instructors and learners 5. eye fatigue from using mobile phones computer or learning equipment from the aforementioned problems and limitations The authors offer their opinions as a guideline for solving problems in order to be effective for students in the future.
