The purposes of this research were: 1. to decrease fertilizer cost in the cultivation process, 2. to increase extra income from new products, e.g., Ruminant’s fermented food and natural plant pot in order to help PlaengYhai YhaRuzi community enterprise gain a better performance. The research tools employed included management tools and scientific process in measuring and monitoring. In conclusion, the experiment’s result in creating new products from the wastes of Ruzi’s seed was found that both organic fertilizers were passed international standard especially the second fertilizer which has the highest nutritive value to repair soil’s surface and decrease the cultivation cost. In the fermented food for ruminant and natural plant pot’s experiment revealed that the best plant pot is the one which made of Ruzi’s seed mixed with wet cassava’s flour because it is natural-like, good water absorption, mold protection and doesn’t affect the plant. As well as fermented food for ruminant, the results showed that the third type (Ruzi’s seed95%+ Cassava Waste5%) has the highest nutritive value especially protein that increased from 6.73% to 11.51%. However, these new products can be sold as extra income during the time when the community enterprise is lack of Ruzi’s grass.
