The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop thinking problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative. Professional Experience Course studying of Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession students of College of Asian Scholars, to be effective in accordance with the specified criteria, 2) to study the effectiveness index on the problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking 3) to compare the academic achievement before and after of students who learned with problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking and 4) to assess satisfaction of students who learned problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking. The research target groups were 175 students in the Graduate Diploma in Teaching Profession, studied in the first semester of academic year 2018, which was obtained by purposive sampling. Research tools were: 1) Learning management plan development of problem-based learning activities together with learning management in 6 plans, 2) academic achievement test before study/after study and 3) student satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and test the hypothesis by use the dependent sample T-Test.
The results of the research showed that:
1) The development of problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession students of College of Asian Scholars. E1/E2 equal to 81.37 / 86.99, which was in accordance with the standard 80/80 standard.
2) The effectiveness index on the problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking, learning effectiveness index (Ei) .7185 or 71.85 percent. It was higher than the specified criteria.
3) The academic achievement before and after of students who learned with problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking, there was an average scores before learning was at the average level ( = 35.99, S.D. = 3.48). After class, there was an average ( = 53.24, S.D. = 3.01). It showed that the academic achievement after learning was higher than before learning the statistically significant different was at the .01 level.
4) The satisfaction of students who learned problem-based learning activities together with learning management for developing creative thinking was ( = 4.63, S.D. = 0.47), and it was at the most level.
