The results in the objective aimed for; 1) studying current and desirable conditions of school management Process, 2) developing school management process, 3) studying successful effective to used of school management process, and 4) studying impact of school management process. The collection by documentary study, brainstorming, interview with key informants including voice directors, teacher, exports, and the evaluation with professionals, and questionnaires with the samples of 1,166 persons to the data. The study revealed that; 1) level of current conditions at a level of middle levels, and level of desirable conditions at a level of most levels, when to prioritized of highest need assessment was brainstorming,
2) factors to school management process at a “Key” factors of principle were brainstorming, planning joint, participation joint, monitoring and evaluation joint, and mutual benefit, the process were management policy and strategic planning, management and personnel development, leadership, creating work motivation, tracking information system, and creating a learning atmosphere, and a level of process suitability at a level of high levels, 3) the successful effective on achievement (O-NET) of students to highest, characteristics at a level of excellent levels, and level to satisfaction at a level of high levels, 4) impact from to promotion and development of learning management for focusing achievement based on participation cultural.
