The objectives of this research were to analyze the instructional leadership confirmatory factors of the administrators in SANUK province cluster. The study was conducted by reviewing the related documents and research. The data were collected from 500 school administrators, who were selected from multi stage sampling. The collected data were analyzed for confirmatory factors by computer software.
The research findings revealed that the instructional leadership of administrators in SANUK province cluster comprised of 4 factors, included administration, curriculum and learning management, self and team development, and learning environmental development. The results of confirmatory factor analysis of instructional leadership model revealed that the model was highly in harmony with the empirical data by considering the Chi-Square valued at 29.47, degree of freedom was at 31, p-value was at 0.54459 with no statistical significant. Considering according to the criteria, it was found that X2 / df value was 0.950, which was lower than 2. Besides, the GFI was 0.99, AGFI was 0.98, and RMSEA was 0.000. The results demonstrated the acceptance of the hypothesis that the model was in harmony with the empirical evidences.
