The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the personal Characteristics of the head of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province. 2) to study the good leader of the head of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province and 3) to study the relationship between the personal Characteristics and the good leader of head of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province. The samples of this research were 144 teachers of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province. The questionnaires were 5 rating scales with reliability of personal characteristics as 0.90 and reliability of good leader as 0.94. The statistics used an analysis of the data to obtain various descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, conbach's alpha coefficient and pearson's correlation coefficient.
The finding were as follows:
1. The personal Characteristics of the head of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect was the high level every level. The order from high to low, as follows: Social Background, Social Characteristic, Personality and Task-related Characteristic.
2. The good leader of the head of child development center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect was at the high level every level. The order from high to low, as follows: Transformational Leadership, Moral Leadership and Transactional Leadership.
3. The Relationship between the personal characteristics and good leader of head of child Development Center under the Local Administrative Organizations in Singburi Province in overall was at a moderate level to a very high level with statistical significance at the level of .01. The results revealed that the personal characteristics affect good leader. therefore must pay attention in consideration personal characteristics in the appointment of the head of child development center to achieve personal characteristics in the appointment of the head potential in good leader to be success.
