The objectives of this research were 1) to compare the critical thinking ability of Mathayosuksa 3 students and problem-based learning supplemented with question technique and normal learning management 2) to compare the learning achievement on economics of Mathayomsuksa 3 students and problem-based learning supplemented with question technique and conventional learning management. The sample group included Mathayomsuksa 3 tudents in a large Secondary School under the Office of UdonThani Secondary Education Service Area, Ban Dung District. UdonThani Province In the first semester of the academic year 2021. Two classrooms were obtained by group randomization. The research instruments consisted of 1) problem-based learning management lesson plans supplemented with questioning technique. 2) conventional learning lesson plan 3) the achievement test on critical thinking ability 4) an achievement test. The statistics used to analyze data were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test for dependent samples and t-test for independent samples.
The results were as follows:
1. Mathayomsuksa 3 students who learnt by problem-based learning management supplemented with question technique had critical thinking ability after learning higher than the students who learnt by conventional learning management statistically significant at the .01 level.
2. Mathayomsuksa 3 students who learnt by problem-based learning management supplemented with question technique had higher scores in learning achievement than students who learnt by conventional learning management. statistically significant at the .01 level.
