The objectives of this research are 1) to study the current situation. desired condition and needs of school administrators regarding leadership over leadership of school administrators. under the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization. 2) to study the development of leadership over leadership of school administrators. Under the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization The samples used in this research were: The sample consisted of 36 school administrators and 226 teachers randomly stratified according to school size. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a 5-level Rating Scale questionnaire on the development of leadership over leadership of educational institute administrators. and a semi-structured interview about leadership development over leadership of school administrators. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the required index value and analyze the data with content analysis
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the current state of leadership over leadership of school administrators; Under the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization Overall and in a high level. The desirable condition of leadership over leadership of school administrators. Under the Provincial Administrative Organization Overall and each aspect was at the highest level. 2) PNIModified Needs Index = 0.2709, when considering each aspect, the top 3 most needed needs were 1) self-leadership, 2) motivation for followers to set their own goals, and 3) Build leadership in the form of self-leadership, respectively, with a guideline for developing leadership over the leadership of school administrators. Under Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization 7 main approaches 21 sub-approaches.
