The purpose of this research is to 1) study the current situation and the need for learning management to develop the thinking of teachers in the social studies learning subject group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum. 2) to develop a thinking teaching model for social studies teachers religion and culture under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Chaiyaphum.
3) study the effectiveness of the thinking teaching model for social studies teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum. The research study was divided into three phases: Phase 1 studied the context, current conditions, and management needs. Learning to develop thinking the sample group was made up of 63 social studies teachers. Phase 2 is the development of the thinking teaching model, and phase 3 is evaluating the effectiveness of the model. The target group is social studies teachers. Religion and culture: 18 people and 105 students, academic year 2021
The results of the research revealed that 1) to teach teachers to think critically, develop teachers 3, that is, shoulder to shoulder thinking. Train the thinking process for the rest of the teachers and to encourage thinking or learning 5 steps: step 1 : understand the problem step 2 : think the whole group Step 3 : Think individually Step 4 : Participation content analytical participant and step 5 : multiple participant participate in the assessment. 2) The evaluation of the effectiveness of the model found that (1) the teachers who received the training according to the model had the mean scores after the training were higher than before the training. (2) Trained teachers can prepare a learning management plan that emphasizes thinking. with the average of the appropriateness Lesson Plan was equal to 3.93, in a very reasonable level, and (3) the students had higher post-learning thinking Skill scores than before.
