This research aims were: 1) to study the elements and indicators of student supporting system of schools under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28 2) to review the current condition and the purpose of the student supporting system of schools under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28 3) to study the practice of assisting the students by analyzing the needs (PNI) and the study of the best practices (Best Practice) of the schools under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28 4) to improve the student supporting system of schools under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28. This research was divided into 4 phases: Phase 1: examine the compositions and Indicators for the implementation of student support system of secondary schools under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28. To check the suitability of components and indicators on the implementation of the system care for students with the assistance of five experts. Phase 2: study the current situation and desirable conditions of operation of the school’s support system under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28. The researcher studied the current conditions and desirable conditions. The sample consisted of 3,647 classified as school administrators under the jurisdiction of Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area28 in the academic year 2558. 217 teachers and 3,430 samples, including school administrators under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28 with a total of 3,647 by the year 2558. Compared with a total population sample sizing request Krejcie and Morgan, 141 teachers, 358 people, total sample of 499 people. Phase 3: Study the implementation of student support system by analysing the index needs (PNI) and graduated from the school with the best practices (Best Practice) of the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area28, including information providers, 1 school administrator, 1 head of student Affairs Adviser, and 1 selected teacher. These persons must have an excellent performance and a school model for the implementation of student supporting system which won the provincial Campus. The school district or national will gather the data from 3 schools, 3 persons in each schools, and a total of 9 person. Phase 4: Develop the performance-based student supporting system of schools under the jurisdiction of Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28. Contributors were experts with knowledge of the operating system in the school office under the Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28. A total of nine people in a group discussion to consider the comments and feedback, and evaluate the implementation of the system of care and support for students in schools under the jurisdiction of Ministry Office of Secondary Education Service Area 28.
The research found that:
1. Elements and Indicators for the implementation of student support system, overall in the appropriate level and considering that it was found at the high level every sort of average score from descending below the promotion and development, the screening of students and forwards of known individual students and the prevention and resolution.
2. the current condition ; and prioritize the needs of the student support system.
2.1. the present condition of the system that look after school students, in the level and when it was in terms of the more important is to know students individually, to promote student development, for the prevention and resolution of problems, the forwarding of students for the screening of students.
2.2 the condition of the system to assist students of the school were located in most of the levels and when to consider a list of aspects that are found below the most was to recognize students individually the prevention and solving a problem forwards screening to promote student development.
3. The demand for (PNI) in the development of the operation of the care systems, order of need from decreasing as follows, 1, the screening students. 2, The export to students, 3, to prevent and solve the problem.4, the students on an individual and 5, in the development of students.
4. To assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the care systems, by the 9 people can be summarized as follows: know each student in the appropriate was at the high level to prevent and solve the problem was in the promotion and development to be appropriate was at the high level for the students have the appropriate level and the degree conclusions, as well as the high level.
