The objectives of this research were 1) study the current state, desirable state of guideline of team building of administrators 2) development a guideline of team building of administrators. The sample to study the current state, desirable state of guideline of team building were 342 administrators and teachers. The sample to study the development guidelines of team building were 5 experts. Research instruments were questionnaires, interview forms and evaluation forms. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority needs index. The results were the current condition of team building of administrators was at the high level and the desirable condition of team building of administrator was at the highest level. The priority needs index of development a guideline of team building of school administrators by sorting the priority needs index from descending order form high to low were planning, forming team, norming, and work performing. The development of team building guideline of administrators consisted of 5 factors. There are were team forming, setting norm, planning, work performing and evaluation. The result of suitability and possibility assessment of the guideline of team building of administrators by the qualified found that the guidelines has suitability overall at highest levels and the possibility of guidelines overall at high level.
