The purposes of this research were (1) to study the behaviors toward pre-retirement preparation of employees in municipalities in udonthani province. (2) to compare personal factor that has affect to the behaviors toward pre-retirement preparation of employees in municipalities in udonthani province.
The research was conducted by survey research methodology, using questionnaire has been used the employees in municipalities in udonthani province. The purposive sampling was 372 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The analysis methods were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and LSD.
The research found that (1) the opinion level of that affect to behaviors toward pre-retirement preparation of employees in municipalities in udonthani province in 3 overall factors: physical preparation, mental preparation, financial preparation were at high level. (2) Comparing between personal factor, sex, age, status, education, average income, children responsible with all factor were difference significantly at .05 level.
