This article aimed to examine the effects of strategic orientation on the organizational performance of Thailand’s Thrift and Credit Cooperative: The mediating role of work motivation and teamwork. The sample comprised 136 individuals serving as board members or managers of cooperatives, selected through purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the characteristics and opinion levels of respondents, and inferential statistics were tested by structural equation model analysis by a partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). It demonstrated that strategic orientation had a positive effect on motivation and teamwork at the level of significant .05. Work motivation and teamwork had a positive effect on organizational performance at the level of significant .05. However, work motivation and teamwork were a full mediation of the relationship between strategic orientation and organizational performance.
