This research was a qualitative research aimed at studying: 1) the strategy and process that make the business sectors successful in the management of sustainable vocational education. 2) What was the basic educational philosophy to administer education? It could be applied in any form of vocational education, which was suitable for vocational studies and 3) the guidelines for the Management of vocational studies, especially in retail trading for the sake of sustainability. The studied education was CP ALL PCL which joined hands with an education organization in a bilateral manner to study retail business. The main data provider was the executive groups of 15 people joined in the study and by using in-depth interviews and group chats. The results showed that the factors and conditions that made
the business sectors successful in the management of vocational education in a sustainable way were
the improvement of the development of education management to comply with the change as follows.
1) bilateral educational management, 2) having a vision and deep access to management operations in conjunction with the various sectors, 3) systematic thinking, which was designed for all aspects of education management. It had a collaborative process design, from the beginning of the process to the end of the process, 4) creating alliances or partners, which were made both outside of the organization and within the organization, who were treated as a collaborative mission of the organization and 5) the participation in decision making. This was decision-making of alliances including school, parents who see the benefits and future opportunity as well as students who could create career opportunities and study by themselves.
