Abstract
The purpose of the study were 1. to study basic information and to compare the opinions of employees towards the morale and motivation of the employees of the company. K.T.M. Steel Co., Ltd., Nakhon Ratchasima by sex, age, education, current job position experience in work 2. to study suggestions, obstacles, problems and solutions to propose ways to create morale and motivation in the work of the company's employees.
K. T.M. Steel Co., Ltd., Nakhon Ratchasima. The sample size was 136 persons. The sampling method was random sampling (Accidental Sampling). Statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-test and F-test One-way ANOVA
The research results:
The respondents who answered the questionnaires were female (50.70%) were 30 years old and (36.80%) Bachelor's Degree (50.00%). The sample has current job position. As a company officer (17.60%) have experience in operating from 7 to 9 years, and (23.50%) respectively.
Analysis of morale and motivation in employees of K.T.M. Steel Co., Ltd., found that the overall level was high ( =4.35). Relative to supervisors and colleagues ( =4.38).
The physical and mental health of the workers ( =4.36), the working condition ( =4.33), the income and welfare ( =4.32), and the final security and chance ( =4.30), respectively.
A comparative analysis of Morale and Motivation in Work Performance of Employees of K.T.M. Steel Co., Ltd., Nakhon Ratchasima Province by Gender, Age, Education Level Current job vacancies and Work experience are at the highest level. The highest education in the bachelor degree. The outside is on a very high level on all sides.
Analysis of hypothesis testing and job motivation of employees of K.T.M Steel Co., Ltd., Nakhon Ratchasima Province by sex, by t-test. There was statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level of confidence and analysis of the hypothesis testing and job motivation of employees of K.T.M Steel Co., Ltd., Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
